Account & Data Deletion
Information regarding the deletion of your LongivityOS account and associated data.
At LongivityOS, we believe you should have complete control over your personal and medical data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated health records and AI chat history.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and data through either of the following methods:
Method 1: Directly within the LongivityOS App (Recommended)
- Open the LongivityOS app on your device and log in.
- Navigate to the Settings menu (gear icon in the top right corner).
- Select Account & Privacy.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your identity and authorize the permanent deletion.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request using the secure form at the bottom of this page. Our support team will verify your identity before processing the request to ensure your data security.
Data Deletion and Retention Policies
When you request account deletion, we process your request according to the following timeline and data categorization:

| System Backups | Data stored in encrypted disaster recovery backups is naturally overwritten and purged. | Up to 30 days |
| Anonymized Usage Analytics | Retained. This data is completely stripped of any personal or medical identifiers and cannot be traced back to you. Used solely for system performance monitoring. | Indefinite |
Note: Once the deletion process is complete, your data cannot be recovered. If you decide to use LongivityOS in the future, you will need to create a new account and re-upload your health data.

Use this form if you cannot access the app to delete your account. For security purposes, we will send a confirmation link to your registered email address to verify this request.
